Almost Three Weeks

Ewan will be three weeks old on Saturday, it is hard to believe.  We were on our own this week - Dad will arrive Saturday.  We are looking forward to his visit and Nana and Papa the next weekend!  We have been well taken care of with meals and visits from neighbors and church family.  We are very blessed!  The girls have spent a quiet week with me, doing lots of puzzles, reading lots of books, and Evelyn has had three outings for swim lessons this week with one of the girls from our Bible study. 

Ewan sleeps a 5-6 hour stretch plus a 3-4 hour stretch every night!  He is a good boy for his mother :)  He spends more time awake and alert, and has been introduced to his floor jungle gym this week. 

Our only pictures from the week are of Ewan and his sisters!  Evelyn loves to hold Ewan, and is such a help to me.  She brings water when I am nursing and helps with every diaper change.  Her arms and lap are always ready to hold Ewan and she has even earned the privilege of picking him up and carrying him a few feet under supervision.  She is in love!

Marianne also loves her brother!  She likes to hold him too, but for shorter periods of time.  She always wants to know where he is and what he is doing!
